The Coronavirus came with a lot of fears, uncertainties and of course, fear.
The fear that our lives will change more than they already have changed, not knowing when it will end, and not knowing when we’ll get back to anything resembling normal.
With coronavirus crashing weddings left and right, many couples have another fear to add to their lists- will they be able to get a marriage license?
This was the case for New Yorkers Reilly Jennings and her fiancee, who were supposed to have their wedding in October.
Because no one knows exactly what will happen, they hurried to get their marriage license and moved their “wedding” up a few months.
According to her Instagram page, Reilly and her fiancee were concerned that they wouldn’t get to have the amazing wedding they were hoping for.
What they did, was make it absolutely remarkable, especially in these times.
A remarkable wedding in the streets of NYC

Their friend officiated the wedding from his fourth floor window while they stood in the middle of the street.
Four of their closest friends watched everything from a car, trying to follow the imposed guidelines.

Things don’t always go according to our plans, but it’s important to stay and think it through. Amanda and Reilly definitely found an amazing solution for what was happening.
They took the situation into their own hands and created the best wedding, despite the Coronavirus threat.
Amidst the uncertainty and despair we all feel right now, marrying the love of my life in the most NYC moment was perfect.
And things couldn’t be better! Seeing people willing to go through such adventures for love, really makes everything worthwhile.
I’ve waited 4 years to call Amanda my wife and this was all just the cherry on top of the love I feel every day.
And everything went fine.
We are hoping everyone is safe during these times with COVID-19 spreading at an alarming pace.
Stay inside, stay safe and follow the guidelines designed to keep you healthy. Most of all, hold onto hope.
