Groove Life Silicone Rings

If you’re looking for the best Groove Life silicone rings to use for a wedding band, you’re in for a treat! Of all the women’s silicone wedding rings brands, Groove Life definitely makes some of the most unique and stunning options for both men and women. Below, we’ll take a look at my top ten favorites. First, though, let’s learn a bit more about the brand.

What are Groove Life Silicone Rings

Groove Life Silicone Rings are bands crafted from high-end, medical-grade silicone. While they were created for adventurous souls, they quickly caught on as a safer and more flexible alternative to metal bands, especially for people who often work with their hands. Think mountain climbers, machinists, even doctors and surgeons.

While Groove Life’s founder, Peter Goodwin, didn’t come up with the idea for the first silicone wedding ring (according to research, Saferingz has that honor), Goodwin took the simple silicone band to whole new levels. He put the “fun” in “functional,” so to speak! Today, the company boasts a huge range of stylish rings, ranging from simple silicone bands that look like real metal to outrageously fun patterns.

Rings backed by a 94-year warranty

As you shop, you’ll notice that my the best Groove Life silicone rings are definitely a bit pricier than many other options out there. While they’re still significantly cheaper (and that’s an understatement) than metal and diamonds, they are a good $15-25 more than many of their competitors. So, why choose them, aside from the fact that they have some more stylish options?

Groove Life offers a 94-year warranty on all of their rings. Weird number, I know. I’m sure there’s a reason behind it, but I couldn’t find it. What I did find, though, is an explanation of what that warranty gets you. It covers everything from damaged to lost rings. Of course, as with all warranties, there are caveats. Exchanging a damaged ring will cost you $3. Replacing a custom one- $10. You’ll need to show proof, photos, etc. Nothing too crazy, though!

Now that we have a general idea of why Groove Life silicone rings are a great way to go when shopping for an alternative wedding band (as in, alternative to metals, gemstones, etc), let’s check out some of my favorites!

Top 10 Best Groove Life Silicone Rings

All of the options below are available on Amazon, the only place I’d recommend buying from aside from Groove Life’s store itself. I went with rings sold by the brand’s Amazon storefront, so you know you’re getting the real deal.

I choose 5 from their women’s section and 5 from their men’s line. However, there’s no reason why a man can’t choose a woman’s ring and vice-versa. It should go without saying, but all  of these rings are equally perfect for opposite-sex and same-sex couples.

Use the tables below (the other one is above #6) for a quick peek, then read on for more details about each.

1. Groove Life Solid Color Silicone Rings

We’ll start with their most basic ring, the Thin Solid. It comes in about 11 colors, including this super pretty turquoise option, plus coral, gray, lavender, lilac, black, white, moss, and more. One customer asked if they white gets dirty fast. Definitely a good question!

Groove Life rings are easy to clean with soap and water, so while how fast it gets dirty depends entirely on your lifestyle, it’s good to know that your rock-climbing adventure won’t totally destroy your Snow White band.

2. Metallic-Style Groove Life Rings

If you want something that looks a bit more like a real metal band, go with their Metallic collection. Along with the Copper one pictured here, they also have Black Pearl, regular Pearl, Pewter, and a really nifty metallic ocean-blue shade. Like all of their rings, these are made with the same medical-grade materials used in hospitals.

3. The Aurora by Groove Life

Groove Life has some pretty nifty patterns for those who want a bit more “flash” in their wedding bands. While I really like their florals (but not really feeling the tie-dye), the Aurora is definitely my favorite. It’s such a unique conversation piece of a ring, don’t you think?

FYI, if you’re not sure about the size, they recommend going up instead of down. You can also call their customer service number and talk to someone to help choose the right size.

4. Groove Life Stacked Silicone Wedding Bands

If you want something a little more versatile, I highly recommend their stacked bands. This one is my favorite because I love the colors, but it comes in 6 other styles, including one featuring the Winter Rose below sandwiched between two black bands. I love the stacked options because you can wear them all together or separate them out and wear them on their own.

5. The Winter Rose by Groove Life

This one is actually in the same listing as the Aurora, as it’s part of their Thin Aspire collection. I chose it because the black and white is just perfect for those who want something pretty but not quite so bright and “cutesy” as some of their other patterns. As with all of their rings, the rounded interior makes it so comfy, you won’t even know you’re wearing it!

Now let’s take a look at some of options from the men’s line, which is significantly more robust than their women’s section. What’s up with that, Groove Life?? Anyway, like I said, there’s absolutely no reason why a woman can’t choose a ring from the men’s section- or vice-versa. These are perfect if you want something a bit thicker, or if you have larger fingers (or heck, if you just plain like them better).

6. “Wood” Style Nomad Rings

Let’s start with one of the most unique Groove Life silicone rings for men. These (there are a couple of other color options) look like they were carved right from a tree. I wanted to share some sort of clever historical lesson about how in ancient times, cavemen would carve rings from the giant oaks to present to their betrothed, but I couldn’t find anything to back it up. Hey, it sounds logical, right?

Historical origins or not, these are definitely a neat option! They’re part of the Nomad line (as is the last ring on our list). Along with the Burled Walnut pictured here, it comes in Ash and Redwood. Obviously, like all Groove Life bands, they’re not actually made of wood.

7. Original Camo Kryptek Rings

While I’m not really a fan of camo for a myriad of reasons that only make sense to me, these aren’t quite so “hiding in the bushes waiting to make Bambi an orphan” camo. 😀  I think they look more like snake skin, except without the creepy-crawly connotations.

Seriously, whatever you want to call the pattern- camo, snake skin, whirly swirly-they are among the more unique options, and I think they’re pretty nifty! If you don’t love the bluish one above, it comes in three other more neutral shades.

8. Solid Men’s Silicone Rings

The solid-colored men’s silicone rings are just like the women’s solids, except wider. While it looks like they offer more colors than the women’s lineup, there are actually a few less in terms of outer color. They just have more inner shades for their black rings. I kind of love the Midnight Black with the Raspberry Red interior!

9. Metallic Silicone Rings for Men

Oddly, the metallic line is the one area where the women get more options than the men. While these thicker metal-like bands only come in 3 options (pearl, copper, and black pearl), they’re still quite nice for those who want something that looks a bit more like a traditional band.

10. The Summit by Groove Life

As far as Nomad designs on the men’s rings go, this is definitely my favorite! It’s the perfect choice for couples who climb mountains together- both literally and figuratively. I think it’s a meaningful ring for a same-sex couple that overcame unsupportive relatives and other challenges to be together. You know what that song says, “Ain’t no mountain high enough…” Right?

Final Recommendation

If you're looking for the best Groove Life silicone rings to use for a wedding band, you're in for a treat! Check out 10 we love!

This isn’t really one of those types of guides where I can bottom-line it for you and say, “if you pick just one, go with this!” All of these are so different that it really depends on your style. Personally, I love the Black and White Rose ring or the Aurora. Go with the one that really speaks to you, and you can’t go wrong!
